Eryka Liu is a Relationship Coach and Therapist who leverages her expertise as a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Choice Theory & Reality Therapy (CTRT) to help women face their fears, eliminate self-sabotaging behaviours and create meaningful relationships.
Transcending 3 decades of feeling trapped in a cycle of dysfunctional adult relationships and childhood experiences, Eryka is now married to a supportive partner and has embraced a career in which she advocates how our past does not determine who we become. Eryka is devoted to helping clients who are finding themselves in similar negative loops to escape their toxic spiral and embrace an authentic version of themselves.
Eryka shares the key to her personal journey to freedom & fulfilment through her private therapy session, group coaching and workshops. I do a fusion of Choice Theory & Reality Therapy which is a relationship based therapy with NLP therapy that utilize numerous processes engaging the unconscious mind.

By accessing repressed feelings, hidden memories, thoughts & reactions that lay forgotten in the unconscious mind, I am able to help my clients reach an understanding on their behaviours and design an unique program specifically to overcome their mental & emotional hurdles.

Having an initial session with Eryka will give you an idea & sense as to whether therapy is what you need. You are not committed to any further sessions after the first appointment. Clients often find that this first experience is helpful in deciding what they need and if we are a good fit for each other.
NLP, short for Neuro(brain) Linguistic(Language) Programming, is a form of psychotherapy. It primarily works with our unconscious emotional, thought, and behavioral patterns - understanding individualistic patterns that cause us to be either effective or ineffective in whatever we are involved in. When we know better, we can do better.

This method has proven to get you there in a shorter time span as compared to traditional counselling and therapy.
Most of our clients typically need about 5 to 10 regular sessions.
All sessions with Eryka is done online via the Zoom platform.
Yes, everything you talk about is confidential. The only exceptions to confidentiality are if Eryka thinks that you are a risk to yourself or others in which case they may contact other professionals involved in your care such as your local authorities or a next of kin. This will always be discussed with you first. During your initial session, Eryka will cover all these agreements with you to ensure you have given informed consent.
